Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques are utilized for measuring project progress and assessing status in terms of schedule and cost. The accuracy of these measurements is enhanced by our diligence in developing detailed program work unit definitions. Our analysts then calculate and monitor metrics such as Budget at Completion, Schedule Variance & Schedule Performance Index, and Cost Variance & Cost Performance Index.
